Job Description: It is the responsibility of the Crisis Counselor in the Crisis Stabilization Unit to conduct crisis intervention and stabilization services in a sub-acute residential treatment setting, including assessments, treatment planning, aftercare planning, and case management, as well as individual and group therapy.
Schedule Details: Part Time, Weekends 1st Shift (7 am-3 pm) & 2nd Shift (3 pm-11 am)
Location: Exton, PA
Program: Valley Creek Crisis Center
Pay Rate: $21 /hour

Note: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and Experience
Compensation Package: Chimes-Holcomb offers a generous benefits package to all employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Benefits are available on the first day of a new month after completing 30 days of employment. Health insurance, including a flexible spending account, medical, dental, and vision are included. Paid holidays in addition to earned paid time off, 403(B) with company match, and 1-year salary of life insurance are available as well. Some benefits are available to employees working between 25-29 hours per week. Eligible employees can choose to participate in our transportation subsidy program, disability insurance, employee recognition programs, and referral bonuses.
